Agreement Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SetuChat (https://chat.setuops.xyz), operated by SetuOps ("we", "us", or "our"). By registering for or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
01. Description of Services
SetuChat provides omnichannel conversational support software and autonomous AI customer assistance:
- Omnichannel Inbox: Aggregating messages from Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, WhatsApp Business, and Webchat into a unified agent workspace.
- Grounded AI Agent: Providing automated customer assistance grounded strictly in uploaded business knowledge sources without hallucinations.
- Human Agent Collaboration: Copilot suggested replies, draft refinement, live agent takeover, and conversation assignment.
02. Acceptable Use & Meta Compliance
You agree to use SetuChat in compliance with all relevant laws and third-party platform rules:
Meta Platform Terms
Strictly adhere to Meta's Commercial Terms, Developer Policies, and WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies.
Lawful Content Only
No transmission of spam, fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful materials through connected channels.
03. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership
Your Data: You retain complete ownership of all customer records, messages, and uploaded knowledge documents. SetuOps claims no ownership over your business data.
Platform IP: The SetuChat platform, codebase, design tokens, logos, and algorithms remain the exclusive property of SetuOps.
